Bootmgr is missing help!?

I tried rebooting my computer to factory settings since it was really slow and while it was rebooting, it turned off. and now whenever i turn it on is says "bootmgr is missing, press ctrl-alt-del to restart" PLEASE tell me how to fix this!!
