How to get a picture back from the web?

So i accidentally deleted a very special Christmas picture off of my Camera because i thought that i had it on my computer, but when i checked, it wasn't on there, so i must have deleted the folder. Is there any way to get that picture back? it meant a lot. Thanks and 10 points for best answer if that matters.
