If I make contact with vomit, will I get sick ? (Read description) I need help FAST !?

So when I got out of the shower, I wrapped my towel around me and I brought part of the towel up to my nose on accident and accidentally smelled vomit because a few nights ago,my dad was vomiting from food poisoning, and then the next night, alchahol(sorry for my bad spelling) and I guessed he used the towel to clean it up, but the washing machine didnt get the vomit out . Ao my question is, since i made contact with the vomit, and got it up my nose, will i get sick ?
