What do i do? I accidentally put some K9 Advantix for dogs weighing 21-55 lbs on my Cat?

I only put 2 drops on my cats back of neck 2 days ago and hes still whinning and scatching his back he lays on back and hes ok but as soon as tries to get up he cries and starts whinning I tried to wash it off rite away
