My kitten and chick? Is this normal?

since they are both so young, they are both in their bonding stage. they have found someone to imprint on and look at as a companion. it's normal for all baby animals and HUMANS to do this. they find someone or something to get emotionally attached to and apparently in your case it's a chick and a kitten. but either way this is the cutest story! and they will probably grow up together (as long as you keep them both) and be life long friends :)
