How to turn talking narrative off tv?

I have an e-motion tv, and i think i accidentally knocked the remote, and now it does this talking narrative the whole time. There are no written subtitles up, and its not what the characters are saying, but rather 'he walks backwards, he eats a donought'! lol, its really annoying! how do i turn it off? help?
