How to change to another Monitor On Windows XP?

My Fn + F5 isn't working so i need another way how go to my other Monitor. I can go Ctrl+Alt+F1 to open & Ctrl+Alt+F2 to close bu their are none that i can use to view on both Monitors. If anyone Knows how to re-enable the Fn+F5 setting please share with me. Thanks
