Facebook spam is attracting too much unwanted attention!?

i was on facebook and i accidentally clicked on this one link and now it looks like i posted on everyone of my friends walls "check out this vid of a woman having an orgasm on a roller coaster!! LMFAO" i dont even know what LMFAO means!!! now im afraid everyone is gonna think im some super perv or something and im seriously not!!!! please help, i dont know what to do!!
