Do they still make and sell mini beer tankers?

In NZ back in the 70s you could buy mini beer tanks of about 80 to 100 gallons they became very popular but they were then banned, because people used to order one for a satday night do.and not finish it till late monday afternoon, no one would go to work till the booze was all gone. so the govt banned them.
