Half circumsised unintentionally? what to do?

While shaving my pubic hair, i accidentally cut my foreskin. Half of it is hanging. It bleed a little bit but it hurts a lot. I was too shy to go see a doctor and it cicatrized, but now it is really annoying when i'm washing myself or when i'm excited. I think I should circumcise myself to solve it but i'm not sure. What should I do?
