How to combine files on audacity?

I REALLY need help because for some reason Audacity crashed after I was done with my recording (I do video game commentaries) and I restarted the program and found that my recording had been split into about 56 different files, I have been copy pasting the files together to merge them into one big file but right as I got through half of the files I accidentally closed the program and I lost half of my progress ( I saved at a earlier point) so can someone please help me with this? I want to merge all the files in order
