Do I Have A Trojan Virus and How Do I Remove It?

Well most of the time a trojan will be some fake anti-virus telling you stuff like task manager is a spyware tool. but in my honest opinion i think malwarebytes is like a god. im positive malwarebytes can stop it. and if you cant download it, then go to a friends house and ask to save the setup to a USB drive.
