Does allods have a virus?

I was about to download "Allods" but then it says my computer blocked it of malicious software so I chose not to download. but then when I got back to my computer some how the download finished so I started to play but then everything froze and even Ctrl+alt+delete would not work so i turned off my computer. and now i cant get on my computer it tells me to reboot but it will not allow me.
