How to drive gas prices down?

You see, people are selfish bastards, including myself, I would personally drive up with my truck fill up 3 barrels or gas while everyone else puts in half. Then when they report losses, they'll drive the prices up to compensate for losses (what are you going to do not buy gas?). Then when prices are so high due to your little scheme, guess who has all the gas? Me. I am the new Kuwait, bow down before my power.
