How to print emails with larger fonts?

I have a friend with failing eyesight who has trouble reading text on the monitor. I showed her how to read the text with zoom and Ctrl-+, etc, but she still needs to print out her emails in a larger font. We tried forwarding the email to herself then increasing the font size and printing out the forwarded version, or copying the text then pasting it in Word where she can increase the font size by Ctrl-] etc. but these techniques are a little bit beyond her computer skill. Is there some more direct way she can print out her Gmail messages in a larger font size? Thanks.
