I Accidentally Shrunk the Text and Icons on my desktop on my laptop, How do i get it back to normal size?

I was playing my my mouse which had 2 buttons on the side which would zoom in if i pressed it and it also opens a "magnifier tool". Somehow when I played with the magnifier thing it turned my icons, words under the icons and everything in the start menu smaller. I tried the Ctrl+ mouse scroll and it only changes the size of the icons but it doesn't change the font size under the icons. My screen resolution is at max already. So does anyone know how i can get my screen back to normal?
