I need help identifying a childhood movie?

Ok, so this movie was about an adventure these little animated animals took, they had to partake in said adventure because a tanker truck of some sort had a tire pop on a broken glass bottle then it rolled over and poisoned the little animals community and one of their friends needed a flower from a far away place to make the cure. They end up crossing a construction site at one part and near the end they build a flying machine of some sort and then are able to get the flower and fly back saving their friend.... anyone know what movie this is?
