Keyboard language and letters problems?

I also had this problem with my computer, i also have the windows vista. Now my computer is set on the spanish language but what i did, i went to the control panel which is on the lower left circular windows button and clicked on just search for the language region and clock icon and click on the change the keys button and just mess with it.
