The person who waxes my underarm does not remove all the hairs?

She'll remove MOST of the hairs but then I see little spots with thin hairs. Therefore I have to go home and pluck the rest out myself. Also when she plucks some after waxing, she'll accidentally pluck my skin off causing a red mark. I should change salons, correct? Or is what she is doing right? It doesn't feel like it.
