PS3 Blue light on when starting the system?

I turned the PS3 on and I accidentally hit the eject button and the blue light came on like there was a disc inside. Now everytime I turn it on the blue light is on and the drive doesn't suck in the discs and it thinks there is a cd inside when there isn't
