Questions surrounding the USMC's use of "Nip" in WWII?

I know many tankers in the Second World War would name they're tanks; an example would be "Berlin Bound". Marine's that survived more than one campaign often used "Nip" and "Jap" to referense to the Imperial Army of Japan. Would "Nip's Nemesis" be considered raciest in todays world, or just a historical reference? I make military models as a hobby and was wondering the consiquenses of stenciling Nip's Nemesis onto one of my M4A3E8's. Not as a raciest remark to the Japanese but as a historicaly accurate detail onto a model.
