Statistics question (help needed urgently)?

suppose the number of oil tankers arriving at a certain refinery each day follows a poisson distribution with a mean of two tankers per day. If port authority can service only three tankers per day, find the probability that (1) No tanker will arrive (2) some tankers have to be sent away
