What does he really want from me?

About a month and a half ago I was hanging out with a co-worker of mine and we ended up having the most amazing sex. Since both of us are just getting out of relationships we decided to do a no strings attached sex deal. The first week we saw each other every night now because of our schedules we see each other every other night or whenever possible. He keeps saying things like don't forget I'm not your boyfriend and don't accidentally fall in love with me. But at the same time he told me he's not trying to see anyone else and expects the same from me. Also he wants me to come over all the time (no sex involved) and has started to introduce me to his friends (I'm not sure what he tells them about us but they all already know about me and make comments about he found a good one) he also seems offended by the fact that I haven't introduced him to my friends. Most days we get off work meet up at his place and hang out for a few hours we have a rule about no staying overnight (his idea) yet he always ask me to lay down and cuddle with him and tells me I should take a nap with him. What is going on here? Is it just sex? Does he really want more? What should I do? If its just sex now could it turn into more later? Please help
