Whilst setting up a bank account to PayPal, I accidentally entered the routing numbers incorrectly...?

...not noticing until a day later. Before I noticed, I "transferred" about $150 from pay pal to the "bank account" thinking it would queue until they confirmed the account. Well I noticed yesterday that the info was wrong but they had sent the money to the wrongly entered account.(Pay Pal said whilst I was entering the bank info that it wouldn't transfer ANYTHING until it was confirmed...) . Sooo...did I just send some random lucky person $150 or can I get it back?
