Is there any way I can restore old text messages on a Verizon LG Chocolate Touch?

Hi guys, well I accidentally deleted some text messages from this guy I really like. I have a Verizon LG Chocolate Touch. Is there any way I can restore them? It's not that big of a deal, but if I could that would be great. Please no rude comments. Thank you in advance!
