ok ignore austin king he is being extremely stupid and answering every ones question like that. obviously you aren't using a mac but anyway, you most likely have a major registry problem, or a virus but i don't think its a virus. what you should try is do a system restore then install something called ccleaner and run the registry issue finder and clean them then run the cleaner. this is a free program so obviously its not going to do a better job than one you pay for but it might fix the problem.
