Urgent: I accidentally restored a virus from Avast! virus chest, what do I do ?

I was going through my virus chest on Avast, and I just restored the Win32/Mabezat virus that was in the chest (I was going to delete it, but I hit restore accidentally). I immediately did a boot time scan which did not find anything. I also did a system restore. Will this be enough to protect me or is there anyhthing else I can do ?
