What are the questions customer care is going to ask me?

I accidentally "PIN Locked" my phone. I am about to call customer care o get the code to unlock. But what do I do? Am I supposed to tale the som card out and tell them the number? What questions will they ask me? Is it about what's on my phone or what's my credit card number? Because if it's the billing info I'm screwed since my parents pay and I don't wanna ask them. :(
